Bouchon
About Us
Bouchon is the colloquial expression for "bistro" in the Lyon area of France. Bouchon's owner, Michel Baudouin, was raised in a small farming community right outside Lyon. A bistro in the true French style, Bouchon is located on Lexington Avenue in downtown Asheville.
