About Us
We are a tiny chef-owned & operated restaurant/bar that specializes in tropical fusion food. Located in the historic Hooper building on Main St. in downtown Sylva, we have developed strong partnerships with farmers, artists & craftspeople in our community, and strive to use mainly locally grown/organic produce & grains, sustainable seafood, and organic, pastured meats & dairy. We heartily support our local arts community: we host live original/ traditional music several nights of the week and feature ever-changing exhibits by local artists. Most of all we want to provide a fun, comfortable dining experience where you can try something new or enjoy an old favorite with a glass of wine or a beer.
