Moon Rabbit Foods is a local gluten free manufacturer of baking and pastry mixes, granolas and nut confections. We have a 100% dedicated gluten free facility in Weaverville, NC. Our mixes are available online and at area farmer's markets. Also available at the French Broad Food Coop and West Village Market. We also offer ingredients and guidance for the gluten free community.
