The Mill Spring Agricultural Development Center

About Us

This center enhances community spirit and quality of life by working with farmers, local business and county planning, and individual citizens to promote the sustainable economic growth and rural character of Polk County. Collaborative projects include agriculture, natural resources, education, tourism, health and wellness, folk and heritage art, and music.
The Mill Spring Agricultural Development Center serves as a resource center for agricultural development, farmland preservation, education, community service, and business development. It will offer resources such as meeting facilities, classrooms, training kitchens, administrative offices, demonstration gardens, and more. The center also serves as a business incubator to support local economic development ventures.
