Avant Garden and Venue
Avant Garden is an entirely organic, primitive, small farm, relying on ancient methods and a little modern know-how! We work in harmony with nature and our immediate environment to grow over 30 varieties of produce. We save seed and compost all our waste to be re-used in the beds. We offer genuine "food security" to the local community of Jackson County, and never compromise our ideals. You can find us Saturdays at the Farmer's Market in Sylva.
