We offer standard retail cuts of bison meat as well as bones for cooking (dogs love them too!) from our small herd of bison (American buffalo). Bison robes and horns are sometimes available. The herd roams over our mountain pastures where they eat grass or hay depending on the season. At times we supplement with some grain-based feed along with recommended minerals. You can buy meat at the farm or at the two locations of Farside Farms Market -- Tunnel Road in East Asheville and on Merrimon Ave in North Asheville.
