Created by the longtime chef and owner of the former Lomo Grill, Chef Ricardo's tomato sauces are handcrafted in small batches using vine-ripe tomatoes, fresh vegetables, and herbs. They blend the best of gourmet and healthy cuisine--low in sodium, gluten-free with no added sugar. The sauces won "Best in Show" and "Grand Champion" at the 2009 NC Specialty Foods Association Show in Raleigh.

Our sauces are currently available for purchase in select Whole Foods, Earth Fare, Greenlife and other gourmet and natural specialty stores throughout the southeast, including Biltmore Estate.
