Wake Robin Farm Breads
Our naturally delicious breads are baked in a wood-fired brick oven on a Madison County Century Farm. European-style and whole grain breads are made with local ingredients using time-honored artisan techniques and sold fresh at tailgate markets: Wednesday Monford Avenue; Saturday North Asheville UNCA and City Market. We now have gluten-free breads. Call about cooking classes and tours.
