The Yancey County Farmers Market provides to the community a source of high-quality, fresh, farm produced and farm related products. All products are locally grown/prepared, many of which come from farms using natural and organic techniques. The market is located at South Main Street at Hwy 19E in Burnsville. It is open Saturdays from 8:30 am- 12:30 pm.

Full house of vendors this week. Lots of plants, plus spinach, salad mix, cucumbers, garlic scapes, green garlic, arugula, bok choy, radishes, onions, rhubarb, and a variety of greens. Also eggs, jams and jellies, pasture raised beef, fresh baked goods, and country crafts.
