You will receive an email with password reset instructions. You can use the same password you had before, if you wish, but you
must update it in the system using this process before you can login.
Troubleshooting
If you find that the system does not recognize your email address, you may not be the person listed as the “primary contact” for the account, and that person will need to enter their email address and reset the password.
