About Us
We are a small family farm that is preserving the Appalachian heritage of draft horse farming. We use our horses for feeding cattle, gardening, clipping pastures, skidding firewood and many other tasks. We believe they are easier on the land and provide a great educational experience for our children. Our horses are helping us build a more sustainable farm. Our recent addition is pasture poultry. Birds are finishing around 5 lbs. We also have half birds for those that may not need a whole bird. Please contact us to arrange for pick-up or visit us on Saturday mornings at the Madison County Farmers Tailgate Market.
