About Us
We are a small, family owned and operated creamery that focuses on producing exceptional handcrafted goat and cow milk cheeses. We buy raw milk from small local dairy farms and transport it to our creamery to produce a variety of cheeses including Feta, Chevre and our signature varieties include the Pack Square, elegant Ellington, and our famous Chocolate Lab. We hope to help support and promote the return of small, independent dairy farmers to Western North Carolina.

We are a family operation that produces small batches of artisanal goat and cow milk cheeses. Your purchase supports us as well as the three, local, family dairy farms that we buy raw milk from. We offer a great product at a fair price and are located only 8 miles from Asheville. We are easy to work with and deliver bulk Chevre that is freshly made every week. We also offer limited amounts of unique, petite bloomy rind cheeses and several aged cows milk cheeses. We have a selection of culinary herbs available seasonally as well.Contact Information
