Ripshin Goat Dairy
About Us
Ripshin Goat Dairy is a fully licensed 6th generation family goat dairy located in the Yadkin River Valley between Lenoir and Blowing Rock, NC. We raise Saanen dairy goats on natural pasture and forages and we farm using ecologically sound agricultural practices. Our handmade farmstead goat cheeses are sold at farmer's markets in Boone, Blowing Rock and Hickory, and on our farm buy appointment. Our chevre is available plain or herbed with fresh, organically grown herbs from our gardens. Feta and farmers cheese also available.
